You have arrived in one of the most beautiful corners of Belgium – in fact one of the most beautiful corners of Europe.

Les Linaigrettes is embraced by the River Salm. Crinkling and shining in the sunlight this famous Ardennes river, with its playful water and its trout fishing, is a unique place to come and rest.
If the body requires exercise or the spirit longs for fresh air, then this is the place for you. Les Linaigrettes is the ideal base for idyllic walks or more strenuous hikes through forest and nature. There are paths ideal for mountain bikes and fabulous country where you can walk for miles without even realising the time and become one with the stunning nature.
Total relaxation is possible in our ‘Spa space’ complete with Jacuzzi, sauna and shower or just lounge away the hours reading on our terrace by the river!

For those who prefer going a little bit further, the Coo waterfalls are a short drive and there is also ‘Plopsa Park’ for our younger visitors. Visit the old city of Spa, go to the WWII museum in Bastogne, (a town made famous by the TV series ‘Band of Brothers’) or go to the Francorchamps racetrack or Stavelot Abbey. Why not journey through Malmédy, a meeting place for motorcyclists or go over the border to Germany to picturesque Monschau or go further afield to the beautiful Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg to cities such as Clervaux or Esch-sur-süre? There are endless possibilities....

Each evening ends in calm whilst in the restaurant of Les Linaigrettes we only serve the best of Ardennes cuisine such as patés, sausages, hams and game and our professional service is second to none.
